At Hubbards we’re here to fuel people with the energy and inspiration for a life of endless possibility. We’re what you might call breakfast inventors: transforming wholesome, humble ingredients into spectacularly exciting food that you sproing out of bed for.
Creators of New Zealand’s first muesli, we’ve been tinkering with the stuff since the 90s and we’ve never stopped. Our products are made with care in our famous South Auckland HQ by our passionate team of breakfast fanatics.
We reckon how you start your morning impacts the rest of the day (and in a philosophical sense, what you do with your life), so it makes sense that you probably want to kick it off a bit of downward dog or a flat white with your bowl of muesli – however you do your morning, we’ve got a brekkie to fuel it.
Inventing since always
Born in the shed, (Dick and Diana Hubbard’s shed to be exact) what began as a quintessential garage project 30-odd years ago became New Zealand’s first muesli.
It was the country’s first taste of just how great breakfast can be, and the creative yardstick by which all our successive inventions are measured by. We’ve since ditched the cement mixer Dick and Diana used to blend those first few batches, but our products remain a pillar of flavour and innovation on Kiwi breakfast tables.
Our mueslis, granolas and cereals are all made in Aotearoa, in our Hubbards HQ in Mangere Bridge, by our team of passionate people (many who have been with us since the start). In 2018 Dick and Diana Hubbard passed the torch, but our iconic Kiwi products are still invented and blended with the same curiosity, care and passion as those first founding batches.
